Cleanful Cleaning FAQs

To ensure we can complete a thorough and efficient clean, please have your home or office clutter-free and ready for service. If surfaces or areas are blocked, we may not be able to clean them effectively.

Yes! Cleanful is committed to delivering high-quality cleaning services every time. If you’re not completely satisfied, let us know within 24 hours and we’ll return to fix the issue. If you’re still not happy, you won’t pay a thing.

For clients who provide keys, we store them securely in a locked, coded key safe. Your key is only retrieved on your cleaning day, ensuring professional, secure access every time.

If we arrive for your scheduled cleaning but can’t gain access—or are turned away at the door—we charge a lockout fee equal to 50% of the agreed service rate. This helps cover lost time and resources.

We understand things change! Just give us at least 48 hours’ notice via phone, text, or email if you need to cancel or move your appointment. This gives us time to adjust our schedule without impacting our team.

You can pay after each service via cash, check, or a secure online invoice sent to your email. We aim to make payments as simple as our cleaning process.

A typical clean includes:

  • Dusting and wiping of all surfaces
  • Cleaning of kitchens and bathrooms
  • Vacuuming and mopping floors
  • Trash removal
  • Optional add-ons like interior window cleaning, fridge/oven cleaning, or laundry
